She is known for her role of Mona in the film Selfish Son, as well the leading role of Mary, in Phantom Mary, for which she was nominated for best performance at the Hollywood North Film Awards.

     Hanna received her BFA in Acting at NYU Tisch School of the Arts (Experimental Theater Wing). She also studied under Terry Knickerbocker at Terry Knickerbocker Studio, where she received the Notable Student Award.

       Hanna is a guitarist and lead vocalist in her band Yeah Baby, joined by Sean Kwon and Skyler Skjelset (Fleet Foxes, Beach House). She has played venues throughout New York, including Webster Hall, and most recently toured cross country supporting the Walkmen.
